Service Area: We are licensed to provide garage door installation, repair, and maintenance services in Baldwin County, AL, and surrounding areas.
Service Call Fee: A $50 service call fee applies to all repair and maintenance visits to cover diagnostic time and travel. This fee is waived for new garage door installation consultations.
Estimates: All quotes provided after an onsite full multi-point inspection are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions change before work begins.
Due Date: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, credit cards, tap-to-pay, and digital payments (Venmo, CashApp, PayPal).
Deposits: For special orders or full door installations, a 50% deposit may be required before materials are ordered.
Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to a late fee (typically 1.5%–2% monthly) and potential collection costs.
Labor Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for a period of 30 days for repairs and up to 1 year for new installations unless otherwise noted on estimate or invoice.
Parts Warranty: Parts and openers are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist with documentation but do not personally warrant third-party hardware.
Site Preparation: Customers must ensure a clear workspace (at least 12 feet of clearance) around the garage door and opener. We are not liable for damages to items left in the work area.
Safety Warning: Garage doors are under high tension. Any unauthorized tampering with work performed by our technicians voids all warranties and poses a safety risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baldwin County, AL.
